Hi. Before any of you slag Apple off, just listen to my story then you can slagg Apple to high heaven!
Today I found an e-mail which said that my Apple Storage plan was under threat. So I got really worried because recently I had a lot of e-mails which were all phishing e-mails and wanted to make sure this was not another one. So I called the normal number which I normally called and after talking to an apple advisor, he put me through to Apple accessibility who really helped with everything. I'll tell you, he was great. He also said that the department was open 24 7 and he gave me the UK Accessibility phone number which I paste below for those who live in the UK. The number is: 0800 048 0754. Please give this number to your friends who use Apple. I cannot praise the person on the other end highly enough as he solved my problems in about 5 minutes. However we chatted for at least 20 minutes. He was so imporessed with my voice over skills as he said he spoke to a lot of people who had lost their vision or who had come to use voice over after switching from jaws.
