Hi Dave,

No, overlapping windows would not cause any issues, as the Extras menu is 
actually kind of an app of it's own that gains focus with the VO commands 
mentioned.  Do you know if there are/is any specific app that you have commonly 
open?  I guess that it's possible that some aspect of an app's functionality 
could be interfering with the Extras, but I've never had that experience that I 
can remember.
