Dang, girl! You so made out for your Birthday! Nice going! First of all, go to 
www.blindcooltech.com. Listen to all podcasts done by Mike Arrigo. They will 
help you out. You will love 1-to1 training. April 13th will by my year 
anaversery with the Mac. You will love it. We've all had those frustrations, 
that's normal. I have a Macbook Pro, iPhone, iPod Nano, and Apple TV. I'm quite 
happy with my Apple products. I use an apex, not a Braillesense, so can't help.
