Traci, I couldn't agree more with you. Even I love my Mac, but I keep going back to my Windows laptop, which doesn't even work without a charger because of some issues with the battery. I don't even want to get the battery changed, because I keep telling myself that I will soon start using my Mac, so I will just be wasting my money for getting the battery changed.
I particularly love using Skype on my Mac. But I keep returning to my Windows laptop because I still prefer JAWS for reading books, and also because VO doesn't work very well with Facebook. But the good thing is that I'm presently at least using my Mac more than I used to. So, hopefully, I'll slowly get used to it.
