Hi Karen,

If you're still on fido, they have the lg google nexus 4.  It's rather 
iphoneish but it's half the price and does all the same things.  You can buy a 
mini bluetooth keyboard for it.  I'm looking at them on ebay right now because 
I want one.  Between that and a handsfree you could do most things on the phone.

You can't use any phone strictly by voice command, especially not a high end 
phone like the IPhone or google nexus.  Voice commands on all these phones 
require a data connection, so if you don't have wifi or gprs connectivity then 
voice commands won't work.  They are also unreliable in noisy areas.  They are 
a break on your privacy, and they are only accurate about 90 per sent of the 
time even when conditions are optimal.
