Hi,  Have you tried a braille display?  It sounds like braille would make your 
IPhone experience even better if you can get access to it.

By the by,  Don't look now, but android accessibility is on the sergence.  It 
is definitely in place to give IPhone a run for it's money at this point, 
though there are a couple of areas that still need some attention.  The divide 
is not as wide as you think.
