But there's another side to the story:
That hoster is Hetzner. With their equally unacceptable policies regarding abuse reports, they are at least partially
creating this problem for their customers themselves.
If I lived in another part of the world, I would perhaps run a similar policy. There are a number of foreign providers
with unhelpful attitudes towards spam reports, and those tend to enter our "reject-by-default" list sooner or later. We
do offer a whitelisting option though, as spam checks are never 100% perfect.
