I agree with Richard, regarding Excel format facts and figures, and have found
myself that sometimes (not always) helps to adjust the column width to fit the
longest data cell prior to any export or save as operation if the purpose is to
use the Excel table in other programe than Excel itself.

I would like to arise a new item in the discussion list. Does anybody found
problems when saving a table in DBase format using Maptitude 4.2? We have found
that such a table could not be open with DBase III+ itself! This thing does not
happened with any other version of  Maptitude before, and I do not know if it
was solved in versions after 4.2.
