This is all technical stuff that leaves out the main class choice. Profit and 
capital accumulation are absent. The one mention of profit is mechanical, 
quoting Coase: "The main reason why it is profitable to establish a firm would 
seem to be that there is a cost of using the price mechanism"

If you do not have overall allocation of investment, you do not have an economy 
that is run by and serves the working class.

If market actors can pursue, even must pursue, profit, you do not have overall 
allocation of investment. A socialist economy that allows any role for markets 
must deal with this fact (
