I'm sure you knew this already, but OS X is directly positioned at the
average Joe. I think it succeeds as a desktop Unix because it hides the
underpinnings for people who don't care about Unix, but for someone like
me who wants to pull up tcsh when I can, the Terminal is a click away.

Otherwise, of course my Macs run NetBSD. :)
