I don't know how it exactly works, but I guess the delete command is
spread like the original message and so every newsserver which got
the message also gets the delete command. Already downloaded messages
are ofcourse not deleted anyways.
Basically, it's a "Message Withdrawal" message, that does get sent out, but
the withdrawing is doen by the client, not the server. Another feature of
message withdrawing is that you can choose to replace the message with
something else.
