actually for someone who spent many years reverse engineering the closed
ISI protocol from Nokia for the gnokii.org project, I would say the ISI
modem support is actually pretty good. It might be a far away from being
complete, but all development of the ISI support for oFono is happening
in the open.

And it is not only ISI, we also have the CAIF from ST-Ericcson as open
source and merged into the Linux kernel and oFono. The credit for this
clearly goes to ST-Ericsson, but I like to assume that oFono and MeeGo
had some good influence here.

I have other 3G modems where I would start complaining about and which
give us a lot harder time ;)
