Richard/Matt,
I'm not sure how big the 240Z clutch is but we used a genuine Nissan clutch in
the FJt powered car but it's past its best at 50K miles and I wouldn't consider
myself hard on a clutch as I don't have a history of breaking them. We are going
to try a Navara disc with the FJ next time; it a 230 mm jobby and costs around
Au$150 just for the woven extra HD one. I'm used to a heavy clutch (ex cars like
GTHO & E37 both have heavier than 2000) so i tend to dint the firewall for the
first few depresses with a standard clutch, although light clutches do have
reasonable feel these days and you can get sort of used to them unlike the stock
"stick your foot in a bucket of quicksand feel" of the stock Nissan clutches of
yester year.
