Hey Andy,
               I have nearly got the exact barake setup as you (240K front 
struts lowered, toyota Quad spots front calipers and the R31 rear disc's and 
the 180B brake booster with a 260Z 7/8th master cylinder) and I was 
wondering if you had any problems getting enough brake fluid pressure into 
the brakes??...as i dont think my setup is working as good as it should.
