        If you do it I'd like that CAD model. I know of IDEAS, Ford use it
Worldwide, costs big $$$. Maybe Solidworks or Autocad/Mechanical Desktop
would be a better choice?

You'd want to measure it yourself if you wanted it accurate. There no
point if its not accurate. It'd be damn hard to do the underbody I would
think. I have drawings from the 1600SSS model kit on it but no
measurements if thats any use. There are already suspension geometry
programs available you just need measurements.

I know between where the chassis rails end and the underbody begins,
just forward of the centre of the car is a weak point. I have thought of
using some quality expanding automotive foam in the sills to strengthen
them. I have wondered if this is one reason I have heard of rally cars
with loose/falling out B pillars.
Anyone know any other areas?
