Steve, That sounds strange as I've been using the FJ20 T3 on my L20B and it makes 20psi under 4000rpm in first gear and will get 20psi at 3500rpm in fifth.I've just rebuilt the turbo using a T04 comp cover, V trim wheel and clipped the turbine 7 deg.Cheap,nasty and effictive.
