Chris, I have come across a L series factory EFI manafold and fuel only computer for $300 which I am planning to buy since I can't seem to find any 48 webbers for sale. To fit it to the 2.4L I will have it bored out and put somthing like a holden v6 throttle body on it. All up I predict it will cost around $1000 to setup.
Note last time I checked the complete fuel injection computers cost around $2000 and you would need somthing like that if you intended to run a turbo. James Cox PS I have seen those webber type EFI setups but I belive they cost in excess of $1000 for a pair and then you have to buy the computer on top of that, too expensive for me. > >Hi all, > >I am getting an L20B built at the moment 1.5mm over bore flattops, oversize >inlet valves, crow cam etc... but only have the 32/36 for it at the moment >and since twin 45's will cost any where between $300-$500 I thought It >would be better to put up with the smaller weber and save up and get EFI as >I would get more power and fuel economy that way and it would make it >easyer to turbo later too. > >What are my options ? > >Regards > >Chris W > _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp. --membersozdat------------------------------------------------------- OZDAT Mailing List Please Note:- Send (un)subscribe requests to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Send submissions to [EMAIL PROTECTED] No unauthorised redistribution of this email http://www.ozdat.com/ozdatonline/index.htm http://www.ozdat.com/ozdatonline/listindex.html http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ ---------------------------------------------------------------------
