I think that this topic has been discussed at length now and there are many
different view points on it.

One point i would like to put to people that think that burn outs and
dough-nuts are ok on the road is the following.  Would you do exactly the
same on your driveway? right out the front of your garage?  Would you mind
if i came around and did a burnout on your driveway?

Its comes back to the "not in my backyard" syndrome, which i think is
wrong.  It doesnt matter where it happens its still the same crime.
