Hi list,
I am putting an L20 in my 1600 this weekend and it
has a single 45mm weber on a lynx manifold.
The problem is that the weber will sit out too
far away from the engine to meet up with the linkage from my L16 carb. I have a
longer throttle bar thing to run along the firewall to make it the correct
distance, but this means redrilling holes to mount the bracket thing further
over on the firewall.
Is this the best/easiest way of fixing this
problem?
I have heard of people installing cable throttles
but i don't know anything about this?!? can anyone suggest
something?
Thanks heaps,
Mark.
