Thanks for the replies, but the problem is i can't find a fuse that has been blown! Also, there were only 7 wires going to the old head unit - which seemed to me to be: Constant 12v Accessory 12v Earth Front left neg Front left pos Front right neg Front right pos (there were no rear speakers) Out of those 7 wires which one is likely to have been the illumination wire?? - Something that came to me just then is that maybe the old stereo used a common ground between the two front speakers, which would mean one of the wires that i have hooked up to a speaker could be the illumination wire... does this sound possible? The only thing that makes that hard to believe is that both the front speakers are working :(
