I would suggest running some 1/4 mile times and getting some hp figures before you thinking about taking on a R1.Somewhere around the 500rwhp should be enough combined with a 4 link and some 26" slicks.This will get you close to what a bog stock R1 is capable of in a straight line.To get this sort of power from a normally aspirated L series is joke.Do you take us for fools.Your forgetting that some of us have actually driven 1600's that really do have some power so we know what a fast datsun is capable of.
