I have a 1976 GMC out in the garage - has not been out of there for 9 years.

Economy is not bad with the original carburetor she did around 10 mpg.
Overhauled the engine and I went to digital fuel injection 15 years ago the
result was 12.5 - 13.5 mpg and bunch more torque, had to rebuild the
transmission after stripping 2nd gear out it accelerating uphill.
