A battery isolator will drop 0.6 volts and the actual drop across long cables will be determined by length and load.
The correct solution to both of these issues is to find a way to feed your actual battery voltage to your alternator through a sense wire that runs from the battery to your alternator. For the most part, I think that's true. The exception is when someone is using a battery isolator, or very long battery cables (like in some VWs.) Then the Bosch alternator's lack of an external sense wire becomes a problem. _______________________________________ For new parts see official list sponsor: http://www.buymbparts.com/ For used parts email [EMAIL PROTECTED] To Unsubscribe or change delivery options go to: http://striplin.net/mailman/listinfo/mercedes_striplin.net
