Be warned that brake fluid attacks some hoses designed for petro products and vice-versa, ie you should not just swap in a random hose of the same diameter.
The braided fabric-covered hose from the reservoir to the clutch master cylinder is available, MB part no 009 997 38 82. I paid about $12 for two metres from Mercedes-Benz wholesale (eg through Rusty or Peachparts). It is not available in the North American aftermarket AFAIK, although I think Febi or Meyle market it in Europe. D.
