I have a new work computer, has 7 Enterprise 64 bit, and it's quite nice, but I think the Enterprise version is only offered to corporate clients? Colleague (contractor) buys his own, just upgraded to Ultimate 64 bit. Finding drivers is a problem for 64 bit, and also if you have a copy of Office that is 32 bit it won't work on the 64 bit. I think you're probably running a 32 bit machine, so that may be an easy choice. I would avoid the 'home' version and get at least mid-grade or higher.

I will set up a dual boot on the new machine, and run a virtual linux on it too.
