You'll have to do some homework to decide if you want to go the 64 bit
route, to make sure your software and drivers for the hardware are
available.  MS has a website to help determine what is compatible
(almost everything is, MS Office is the only thing so far that I know
of), you'll have to go to vendor websites to see if 64 bit drivers are
available.

The chip is a 64bit (or it says it has 64bit support, which I guess is
the same thing), it looks like you can install it in either 32 or 64
mode.  There is only $10 difference between ult and pro, looks like
something called "bit lock" is the difference in feature set.  Still
pretty spendy though for either.
