Yes, I called the guy as soon as the note from Rick appeared on the
list. The seller had listed the car Thursday, and when I called him on
Friday, he already had a deposit on the car. The buyer was supposed to
show up 8 am Saturday morning with the cash. I asked the buyer to let
me know. He e-mailed this morning--the guy showed up and paid for the
car.
So, such deals don't last long!!!
