Another interesting automotive marriage is Daimler and SsangYong.  Their
large sedan is based on the W124 under license from Daimler, complete with
an M104 under the hood.  When I was in Korea, I had a chance to actually
look under the hood of one.  It was a bit bizarre... there was an M104
without any sign of the three pointed star or a Bosch logo.  Otherwise it
looked just like the engine in my 95 E320.

Newer models still use the M104, but also the M113 V8.  They even use a
similar internal chassis identifier... the latest model is called a W200.
