30% hydrogen peroxide is fairly dangerous stuff -- tends to do things like explode. Will also cause things that normally won't burn to do so explosively, since it releases pure oxygen. it's also a very strong oxidizer, so will react (usually with great evolution of heat) with reducing substances.

I would NOT every recommend ingesting 30% peroxide, very likely to cause chemical burns in the mouth. Don't see how oxygen radicals will do anything for you but cause premature aging, either.

The drugstore stuff is 3%, and that fades pretty fast.
