Well, humans are living longer now than we ever have, and many of the
diseases that killed people by the time they were 30yo, or 5yo, have
basically been dealt with. So, even if you subscribe to the nihilistic
view of life, you still will probably live longer than
99.999999999999999% of all humans who live, and who have ever lived, if
you do some basic rational things to take care of yourself (and drinking
H2O2 is not one of them).
But then again a friend of mine, who ran dozens of miles a week, and
rode his bike 100+ mi/wk, and lived very well, developed liver cancer
and did not make it a year after diagnosis. So there you go. When your
number comes up, pay Charon his fee and on to the next stage of your
journey.

I guess I should not be repairing my 240D.
There are professionals out there to do that type of work.
Docs are fine for most sick when/if it occurs. For some, docs are the
alternative and that approach against sick is not desirable so we just
lump it and disappear without the doc, or do the alternative stuff
if/when and eat well, as you say. Eat well is the real key, but the
jazz in this messed up kulture is more than most bodies can manage,
perhaps - I don't know.
When the going gets tough...
