Customer service was of NO help, until I looked on the web site and got the VP's email addy. I told him if my service didn't get fixed, I was going to switch to cable. I got an apology email, the region managers cell number, and it was repaired within two hours. Complaining works, if you bitch tactfully, and to the right person.
