Hendrik, If you find console or dash wood with too many openings you can get "blanks" to fill the unused hole.
I have seen them but don't know part numbers. A dig into the EPC would probably yield a part number. I have successfully cut new holes using a router and a jig set up for the proper size, however, this is a fairly difficult woodworking operation that is not something I would suggest unless you have the tools and a fairly good level of experience.
