Yes, that is correct. The issue still remains, however. You can't do anything about NSA mission creep. Also, the collection of data and use of data is and has been out in the public sphere for a very looong time. We remain without recourse against mission creep, and also we are still happy to have this data collection and analyses assist us in getting that best rate that saves us $0.00005 per dollar on the money we borrow. We like the use of the data. We have zero ability to change this system. Be happy. Live with what is and choose to not participate as much as you like.
