I have had good luck with Other World Computing for my Mac upgrade needs. I support a very small number of Macs at work and this is vendor that I use for items that I need. Unfortunately, very little hardware breaks on the Macs that I am around and I don't know if they can service your iBook. My thought is that they should be able to recommend someone trustworthy that can help you.
