She will ask specifically. I'll have to let her drive it, and if the performance is equal or better, she would probably go for it.
She thrashes cars, so I might have some concerns about its longevity under such conditions. That being said, I pushed for the four banger when we bought the car, mainly from a standpoint of economy.
