I'm guessing Max, Floyd, Buggered and Rich will be ok.
Looks like the eye will pass over or very near to the vast estate, but the winds look to be 40 to 60 knots by then, so maybe the 4-6 feet of water may be accurate.
The interesting thing is that after tne storm encounters Floyd, Buggered and Rich, it turns tail and heads out to sea.
Must be the encounter with a well armed, red blooded Merkun that calms the storm.
