A fill up with hydrocarbon fuels takes at most five minutes and you get far more than 100 kilometers of range. This Quack Charge scam would require a driver to vacate the freeway every 60 miles or hour and take a five minute break. Because, of course, the electrons dispenser will be busy, charge time is 180 seconds, but getting out of the car and futzing around with couplings will take more time.
They may as well just set up a platoon of electron dispensers at each rest area along the interstates. Most of those are spaces at 30-60 mlle intervals.
