I agree that their help (and I use that term loosely) is all but that. The few times I have had to interact with them they appear to be 1.) clueless, and 2.) accommodating in an attempt to sell you something they know little or nothing about.
That being said, if patronizing them annually will save me $30-$50/year for ammo, I’ll do it.
