I just checked and it appears that the two thermovalves that are broken off at 
the fittings are still available and relatively cheap, about $22-$25/each. 

000 140 71 60, Thermovalve, opening at 50 degrees
000 140 34 60, Thermovalve, opening at 17 degrees
