I hadn't thought of the garage, it probably helps.
We get slightly more than a year, maybe 14 months, not a whole lot more. Our 
cars sit outside though...

not in use, so the elements tend to not degrade things as much as if they were 
outside more. I would have to go look at maintenance records, but I would guess 
they last at least a year if not longer. Probably more like 18 months.
