I believe the Craftsman boxes I bought were their medium to high build - they 
had a lower end offering that was black or a dark color of some sort. I didn’t 
even look at them. Mine are the classic Craftsman red and black. Wheels are 
substantial, ball bearing drawer slides, etc.

I have never owned a (commercial) roll around tool cart/chest, so this was a 
first time purchase for me. I have a wooden roll around cart I built about 30 
years ago that is still in service in FL and will certainly outlast me.
