Impending retirement, shrinking (physical) assets and moving equity into more liquid forms. And getting away from what has become a bit of a hell hole.
Tentative timeline is late next year, but that could change for any number of reasons. It’s still in the very beginning of the planning stages, so everything is up for consideration at this point and very tentative. When we do, we’ll expand Chez Penoff West both living quarters and garage. We’ve got a half acre and plenty of room to spread out.
