The ad says it has always been kept in a climate controlled garage. If that is true, it should be OK.

I hate it when people don’t use current photos, and it’s something I always ask 
about unless it’s obvious, as I’ve been disappointed more than once with ads 
that had nice photos but they were taken some time ago and the reality is the 
car is very different as far as condition.

Photos look old also, almost looks like scanned photographic prints or slides.

Should be easy enough to work on, engine and transmission has got to be dead 
simple and I bet parts are still obtainable. Get it running, maybe put in an AC 
system from Vintage Air, and you have a nice cruiser.
