Yep. We had a '73 Ford F100, 360 2bbl C4 that got 11-13 for the most part. Replaced it with a '76 GMC 2500, 350/350 4bbl that got about the same. 23mpg would be one mpg more than we got on the hwy with a stick shift 250 straight six '77 Nova. The F100 and Nova were bought new. I can't believe Chebby made 1981 emmissions on a 5.7L auto tranny truck with more mpg than that manny tranny '77 Nova.
