Larry T, thank you. My cam lobe on the cam shaft the first one closest to the radiator #1 cylinder, was sticking out to the right almost 90 around 90 degrees at 3:00. (when standing and looking towards front windshield) when the marks matched up perfectly. Was in the same position as the photo inthe MB manual so I assume we are in good standing.
So, what was the stretch figure? There's always a value, it's not just a go/no-go check. -- Jim
