Are you using Mobil 1 oil (at least 5W40 or 15W-50 - NOT 0W40)? Have you replaced the two "O" rings on the oil filter cap stem recently (they last about 20-30 kmi)? If the answer to both of the above is yes, then your engine is worn and you MIGHT want to consider lifter replacement of any that are TESTED and shown to be bad.
