Not only NO! But H _ _ L NO you should not just get over it! People getting over it is exactly what caused everyone to do away with I grew up believing was customer service.
Why should Wal Mart hire more cashiers when we are happy just gripping about standing in line? Why should a service center bother cleaning a window when instead they could be earning more "Got Ya" bucks off another Joe?, etc. etc. etc. People tolerate the bad service and the companies save money it is a win/win situation for them.
