Speaking of the Superintendent position - here in Chesterfield County Va there have been some controversaries when a Super was "released" - when actually they were fired for cause. Yet the board voted to pay the contract - sometimes amounting to millions of $$'s/
When it happened the 2nd or 3rd time the citizens raised so much cain that they found a reason to stop making payments/ I wonder if this happens in other areas?
