Kidnapped???? Have you seen how bad it has to get before the kids are removed from a home? That's the LAST resort. Wittness the LACK of response to the ealrier reports to child wlefare about Kaleb's new kids. Follow a child welfare worker around for a few days - it'll open your eyes. We don't pay enough for a foster family to take proper care of kids, can't find enough homes for the kids that need them. So you get what you pay for - those who do take them have other motives than the kids best welfare in mind.
