Every socialist experiment has failed, before or after Karl Marx. In the USA, we have had the french Icarian Society, failed in mid-1800s, the Amana colonies, disbanded/reformed (free enterprise) in 1930s. Or you can look at the USSR, a shining example of a happy prosperous society, or how about how Jimmy Cawtuh forced Rhodesia to turn itself from a prosperous country into a socialist hellhole. The list goes on and on.... but the premise existed long before Marx. The Jamestown colony was founded 400 years ago as a socialist experiment. After a good number of colonists died from lack of food and shelter, they reformed into a free enterprise society, and prospered. GO figger. Free enterprise works, socialism does not. Now do y'all want Billary or Osama fer president?
